Our college has excellent infrastructure pertaining to the Department of Tourism and Hotel Administration. The following facilities are available in the Department:
FRONT OFFICE LAB
Front Office studies cannot be completed without extensive lab sessions. Our air conditioned Front Office lab is well equipped with a decorated receptionist cabin and modern furniture, aiming to create tomorrow’s leaders.
FOOD PRODUCTION LAB
To develop and fine tune the cooking skills, the students go through cookery practical in the Advanced Training Kitchen. To supplement these skills, regular demonstrations are given by the faculty and Industry Professionals in the demonstration Kitchen.
BAKERY & CONFECTIONARY LAB
The Lab has an imported German oven and a Dough mixer with marble working tables. Here the students master the art of Baking and Confectionery which includes cake-making, pastries, bread products and desserts.
BASIC TRAINING KITCHEN
It is equipped with modern working tables, electric oven, salamander, juice, coffee maker, microwave oven, table top wet grinder, blender, electric deep fryer, pasta machine and separate butchery table.
The Guest Room is well furnished with the washing machine, detachable bathroom with WC, double bed and television and DVD player.
It is a modern training restaurant with a bar and pantry with equipment like Bain-marie, spoon sterilizers, guerdon trolley and plate warmer.
