Code of Conduct for Students
It is obligatory on the part of the students to abide by the rules and regulations of the College for maintaining good standard, discipline and individual progress.
Students must behave very decently in the college campus. Their manners should not cause any disturbance to others.
Students must always wear identity cards inside the College campus and College bus.
Students must follow dress code to maintain dignity and decorum of the College.
Two wheeler riders should wear helmets and must possess valid Driving Licenses. Students should park their vehicles in an orderly manner only in the sheds meant for the purpose.
Students are directed to co-operate with the authorities in keeping the college campus clean and tidy. They must avoid writing on walls and desks and throwing scraps of papers on the premises. They must use the dust bins provided.
Every student should handle the college property with care. Damage caused to college property will be charged to the accounts of the students concerned.
Polythene covers are prohibited inside the college premises.
Students should not take part in any violent or unwanted activities regarding politics, community and religion.
No meeting, function or gathering of any kind shall be held within the college campus without the permission of the Principal.
Loitering and making noise in the college campus are strictly forbidden.
Students must be punctual for all classes. At the stroke of the first bell in the morning and in the afternoon, the students must be inside their classrooms.
Change of residence of student / parent / guardian if any shall be reported forthwith to the office through the Principal.
A student must maintain at least 75% attendance in each semester. Otherwise, he or she will be debarred from the final summative Examination.
Use of Mobile Phone inside the College campus is strictly prohibited and is liable for punishment. If happened so, the student should obey the Principal’s order.
Resorting to any kind of malpractice (copying, impersonation, use of unfair means, exchanging answer-sheets) during examinations will not be tolerated and will be dealt with severely.
Smoking, chewing and spitting tobacco products or pan masala, consumption of alcohol or narcotic drugs is strictly prohibited inside the college premises. Violation of this rule will invite disciplinary action. The college premises is maintained as a Tobacco Free Zone and so students must respect it.
Students must refrain from mishandling and tampering with library books or college computer systems.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Disciplinary action will be taken against those who violate this rule. It is mandatory for all students and guardians to sign an affidavit in the proforma prescribed as per UGC Guidelines.
In regard to all matters not specified above students are expected to behave with dignity and decorum.
