As one of the few NAAC accredited (A-Grade) institutions in the region, Sri Kaliswari College is poised to become one among the premiere educational institutions in the country. Thanks to the unceasing efforts of the trustees of Sri Kaliswari Trust, and the faculty, the college as a whole, is dedicated to raising the bar of infrastructure and elevating wholistic education to international standards.

Incepted in the year 2000 in Sivakasi, the college was expanded and moved to a larger campus in A- Meenakshipuram, seven kilmetres from Sivakasi, by 19 th March, 2001. Recognised by the UGC, Sri Kaliswari College became autonomous in 2012.

SKC offers seventeen Undergraduate Programmes and nine Postgraduate Programmes. In addition to these, the college also offers five Research Programmes.

The college has partnered with colleges in the region, national, education institutions, industries and companies.

SKC also offers its students several Certificate Courses, aimed at enhancing the employability of the students. Carrier Guidance Programme and Guidance for Competitive Examinations is regularly provided.

SKC is one of the few educational institutions in the region to provide a community college, where deserving students are given vocational training and education free of cost.

SKC’s campus is verdant, with lush greenery on the one hand, and every conceivable amenity for the students on the other. Excellent laboratories for each and every specialization, hi-tech audio visual rooms with hi fidelity communication systems, a large auditorium that can accommodate over 3,000 people, multi-level library with seamless digital connectivity, and much more.
