How to Request Account Deletion
Users cannot delete their accounts directly through the mobile application.
To request account deletion:

- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the following details:

- Student Register Number / Staff ID
- Registered Email Address
- Registered Mobile Number
- Reason for Account Deletion (Optional)

Processing Time
Verified account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 to 30 working days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
After successful verification, the following information may be deleted or deactivated:
- User account
- Login credentials
- Profile information
- Mobile application access
- Notification preferences
- Other personal information associated with the mobile application, where applicable
Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained as required by applicable laws, university regulations, or institutional policies, including but not limited to:
- Admission records
- Attendance records
- Examination results
- Internal assessment records
- Fee payment records
- Academic transcripts
- Financial and audit records
- Any information required for statutory or regulatory compliance
